OneVPS.cloud is a website owned by Think Huge Limited. OneVPS is one of the trading names for Think Huge Limited ("we"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and your personal data.
This policy (together with our TOS (refer to our website) and any other documents referred on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views, respect and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. Information we collect
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Information you give us.
You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site http://www.OneVPS.com(our site).
This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, search for a product, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site.

If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
