OneVPS.cloud is a website owned by Think Huge Limited. OneVPS is one of the trading names for Think Huge Limited ("we"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and your personal data.
This policy (together with our TOS (refer to our website) and any other documents referred on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views, respect and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. We are committed to respect all the applicable laws, including the new GDPR legislation.
Information we collect
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

Information you give us.
You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site http://www.OneVPS.com(our site).
This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, subscribe to our service, search for a product, enter a competition, promotion or survey and when you report a problem with our site.
The information you give us may include your name, address, country, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card/Paypal information. In some situations, to pass our fraud detection we might ask for a photographic documentation too.

Page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
Information we receive from other sources.
We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate (if any) or the other services we provide. In this case we will have informed you when we collected that data that it may be shared internally and combined with data collected on this site. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.
If you fail to provide personal data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
